Former Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Sulley Muntari has expressed his displeasure on the way Ghana Premier league players are been handled by clubs in Ghana.
In his recent interview, the former Inter Milan and Ac Milan player said the Ghana Premier league has loads of talents and the boys need to be treated well.
“The league and all these things, It’s horrible,” he told Dan Kwaku Yeboah TV. “There are talents in the Ghana Premier LeagueGhana Premier League. The young boys have to be treated well,” he added.
“You can’t travel with kids and leave them seven to nine hours to play football. And you don’t treat them the way you don’t want to be treated.
“So I think if we want a very good future for these kids. The first division, second division, colts and the premiership, we really have to focus on them.”
Sulley Muntari spent 6 months with Accra Hearts of Oak during the 2021/22 Season and is currently without a club after the expiration of his contract.
