The Orlando Pirates shot stopper has pleaded with Ghanaians to have faith in the team and support the team despite poor performance.
“We won 1-0 and the positive thing about this game is that we created a lot of chances. We beg Ghanaians to have faith in this team and support us.”, Richard Ofori told Accra-based radio station Happy FM.
The Black Stars of Ghana have recorded a win from two friendly matches in September. They were defeated by Brazil and also managed a narrow victory against Nicaragua.
Ghana will play it’s last friendly match against Switzerland on the 17 of November before departing to Qatar for the World Cup.
