The 21-year old striker has penned down a four-and-a-half year contract with the Algerian top-flight.
Opoku left Asante Kotoko as the club’s top scorer in the Ghana Premier League with 7 goals.
He made his debut for the Black Stars in a 1-1 draw against Bafana Bafana(South Africa) in Johannesburg in a cagey African Cup of Nations qualifier encounter.
