The Top 30 football clubs in Africa (last updated 29 April) before the quarter-final draws of the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup tomorrow in Cairo, Egypt.
Al Ahly of Egypt maintain their status by holding on to the first place while Esperance Sportive de Tunis move one step forward from third position to second position in the current ranking. Wydad Casablanca also move one step forward from fourth place to third place. A massive rise for Mamelodi Sundowns from seventh place to fourth place and a huge decline for Zamalek of Egypt as they drop from second position to place 5 on the table.
