Newly promoted Ghana Premier league club Nsoatreman Football Club have released a club statement apologising for the Jersey incident in their Ghana Premier league matchday two encounter against Bibiani Gold Stars.
The pictures which caused stir on social media saw many football fans calling for the club to be demoted back to Ghana’s Division One league since they are not ready to feature in the top flight league.
The Club was found for improvising with paper numbering on their jerseys of two of their players in their maiden Ghana Premier league game against Bibiani Gold Stars which they won by a lone goal.
The club has hence released an unqualified apology to their fans and the Ghana Football Association and also assured that the problem will be rectified as soon as possible.
