Defending Ghana Premier League Champions Medeama Sporting Club has appointed Bosnia and Herzegovina young tactician Nebojsa Kapor as the club’s new Head Coach.
In a communique released by the Club, the 37-year-old has signed a one-year deal with a two-year option for renewal with the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League Champions.
The Young tactician previously worked with Ghanaian clubs Tema Youth in 2021 and unofficially with Bechem United. The Appointment of Head Coach Kapor means Evans Addotey will now return to his post as the Technical Director of the Ghana Premier League Giants.
The just-appointed Medeama SC head Coach was Born in Serbia and holds a UEFA Licence A badge from the Croatia Football Federation. The Young tactician previously worked as a technical director for Football Schools and Camp Leotar Trebinje Premier League- Bosnia, and also as the head coach of the University Football team – Normal University, Hefei.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with the communications team of Medeama Sporting Club, Mr Kapor is determined to work with the club.
“We are determined to continue from where Mr. Adotey has steered this club beautifully. He’s done a great job and deserves a pat on the shoulder.
“But it’s time for another hand to continue from where he left off in our pursuit to achieve excellence. I have a fair idea of the kind of talents at the club and we hope to do our best to make it count.
Medeama SC is currently Struggling in the CAF Champions League after recording only one win against CR Belouizdad and two losses against Al Ahly and Yanga SC.
