Ghanaian player Kwadwo Asamoah has announced his retirement from football as a player at age 33.
Kwadwo Asamoah during his playing days played for Udinese, Juventus, Inter Milan and Gagliari all in the Italian Seria A. Kwadwo Asamoah is set to begin life as a football agent.
During his days in Italy the GhanaianGhanaian won 13 trophies, made 279 league appearances and made 250 league starts. He holds the record for most appearances by an African player in Serie A history (279).
Asamoah also represented Ghana in CAF Competitions and won CAF Most Promising African Player:in 2010and Ghana Player of the Year in 2012 and 2013
