The Black Stars of Ghana lost woefully to host Japan in the first game of the Kirin Cup tournament. Coach Otoo Addo’s men lost by 4 goals to one as Japan book a spot in the finale of the four nation tournament on Tuesday.
The Black Stars will now face Chile who also lost to African Giants Tunisia by 2 goals earlier as they battle it out in the 3rd and 4th place match.
All four nation’s have qualified to the world cup and are using the tournament to prepare their teams ahead of Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Asian Giants take on Tunisia in the finale tie on Tuesday whilst Ghana also play Chile in the third place match on the same day.
