English league one side Charlton Fc have signed Ghana black stars goalkeeper Joojo Wollacot on a three year deal from Swindon Town Fc.
After an impressive 2021/22 season, Joojo Wollacot was named among the EFL league two team of the season. Aftr 35 appaerances Joojo Wollacot kept 11 clean sheet making him the highest in the league.
Joojo Wollacot joined Swindon Town Fc in August 2019 from english league two side Forest Green Rovers on loan.
Wollacot was the number one goalkeeper for the Black Stars when they defeated Nigeria to qualify for the 2022 FiFA world cup in Qatar.
Chief Executive Officer of the club , Thomas Sandgaard has said that he is excited that the Ghanaian international has joined the club. He also added that the new signing will help boost their performance in the upcoming league season.
