Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad has thanked Ex-Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan for the lessons he taught him during their days at Asante Kotoko.
Asante Kotoko and highly rated goalkeeper Felix Annan after an incredible 10 years of service have parted ways.
Annan took to social media to express his gratitude to Kotoko for being given the opportunity to serve the club.
The 26-year-old joined Asante Kotoko from then Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoord Academy in 2011 and went on loan at WAFA and RTU before getting his way to the Kotoko squad where he later became a starter and a captain.
He was part of the Asante Kotoko team that defeated arch-rivals Hearts of Oak to clinch the club’s ninth MTN FA Cup in 2017 at the Alhaji Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale.
In a message posted on his Twitter handle, goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim thanked Felix Annan for all the lessons he taught him and promised to make him proud.
”The lessons learnt from you will always be cherished My humble Bro and will make you proud. It is My prayer that the Almighty Allah continue to lead your path as you take a turn in your Career.”

Felix Annan has really served the Kotoko family having remained as their first choice goalie for so many years and also earned his maiden call up into the senior national team within the same period.
Following the announcement of his exit, Annan, 26, has thanked the Great King of Ashantis, the Management, playing body, and most importantly the supporters for the platform and how supportive they have been to him since he joined the Porcupine Warriors.
