Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Razak Abalora is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays for the Moldovan National Division team Sheriff Tiraspol.
Razak Abalora joined Kotoko in 2020 on a three year contract before Moving to Sheriff Tiraspol In January 2022, Abalora joined Moldovan football club Sheriff Tiraspol on a three-year contract. This made him the fourth Ghanaian player to join the club in the space of two years.
Razak earned his first cap for Ghana on 19 October 2019. The call up was for the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifying matches against South Africa, São Tomé and Príncipe.
Abalora has expressed his readiness to play for the Black Stars again when he is been given the opportunity.
Speaking to Kumasi based Akoma FM in an interview, the former Kotoko goalkeeper says he is a Ghanaian and always ready to represent his country whenever he is been given the opportunity.
“For Black Stars we all have the right to play for the national team depending on your performance and that has been the hall mark.”

Razak Abalora recently kept a clean sheet for his club in their UEFA champions league qualification game.
