2022 MTN FA Cup winners Accra Hearts Of Oak have announced the signing of AshantiGold SC workaholic midfielder Eric Esso for the upcoming season.
The Rainbow side unveiled the 27 year-old after agreeing on a three-year contract terms valid until 2025.
Eric Esso who was a part of the players that were sanctioned by the GFA Disciplinary Committee following their involvement in the match-fixing scandal involving Ashantigold SC and Inter Allies.
The combative midfielder was guaranteed a move in the ongoing transfer window after a ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) granted stay for the players involved in the match-fixing scandal.
Hearts Of Oak and AshantiGold SC reached an agreement which will allow Esso join the CAF Confederation Cup participants.
