Hearts of Oak sells over 2,000 jersey after Super Clash victory

Hearts of Oak‘s revenue has recorded a boost after their victory over Kumasi Asante Kotoko on Sunday.

The Phobia club has sold over 2,000 jersey after their Super Clash victory that saw them take a 3-point gap over rival Asante Kotoko.

According to reports, supporters of the club have begun lodging complaints that Hearts of Oak jerseys are unavailable on the market.

They have called on the club’s management to work on increasing its supply to meet demands.

On Sunday, Accra Hearts of Oak were victors when they met the Kumasi–based club in the week 31 league fixture of the 2020/2021 GPL season.

The goal was scored by Barnieh Afriyie’s connection to a drive from Frederick Ansah at the 66thminute.

Since the wonderful performance and delicious victory on Sunday, most hearts fans have been at the club secretariat to buy a replica of hearts’ jerseys especially the home jersey made and designed by UK-based kit manufacturing company, Umbro.

Most celebrities in Ghana showed their love for Accra Hearts of Oak before, during, and after the game on Sunday which has motivated most fans to go for the jersey but are not getting some of the home jerseys to buy.

Accra Hearts of Oak are on the verge of winning their 21st league title after twelve years of experiencing trophy drought both local and continental.
