George Boateng who is the Assistant Coach of the Senior national soccer team of Ghana, nicknamed the Black Stars of Ghana has assured Ghanaians of the readiness of the team ahead of Qatar 2022 FiFA World Cup.
Speaking in an interview with Joy Sports, George Boateng said Ghanaians will be very proud watching the team play in Qatar as they saw in the Qualifiers against Nigeria.
He also added that the boys are not going to Qatar to play, they are going to fight and compete against other countries who are also representing in QatarQatar.
“As a nation, you will see a team in Qatar that will represent Ghana that everybody will be proud watching the national team play,” Boateng told Joy Sports.
“The boys will be ready, they will fight, they will compete and there will be not a single game that the boys will go out there and not play their heart out.”
Ghana will play it’s first group game against Portugal, before taking on Uruguay and South Korea.
