Ghanaian player Kamaldeen Sulemana has been nominated for the 2022 CAF Young Player of the year awards.
Kamaldeen Sulemana joined French league One outfit Stade Rennais in 2021 from Fc Nojselland. He made his national team appearance on 25 September 2020 ahead of the game against Mali.
He debuted with Ghana in a 3–0 friendly loss to Mali on 9 October 2020.Kamaldeen was also used in the friendly game against Qatar three days later, when he came on as a substitute for the last 30 minutes.
The 20 years old will compete in this years CAF awards as young player of the season alongside players like Karim Konate from Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso’s Dango Quattara and other young players on the continent.
The Ceremony for CAF Awards is slated for Thursday July 31 in Morocco.
