    Foods That Are Natural Pain Killers And Pain Relievers

    Generally, many people prefer over the counter drug in dealing with their body aches and pains. Even with that, a few people still consider natural remedies. Many foods are known to reduce inflammation. Below are some of the foods that can relieve aches and pains.

    Some of these foods include:

    (1) Salmon:

    Salmon is an oily fish that is packed with anti-inflammatory omega-3 acids, a healthy fat that helps people with chronic pain. Salmon also has very nutritious ingredients that have been found out to reduce joint inflammation.

    (2) Olive oil:

    Olive oil is full of antioxidants called oleocanthal. This is a chemical that has been shown to work as Ibuprofen in pain within the body. It has several benefits, not forgetting its inflammatory capabilities.

    (3) Ginger:

    Ginger is a food common to a lot of people in Ghana. Ginger contains a powerful anti-inflammatory drug known as gingerols. Gingerols have been shown to reduce pain.

    4) Nuts:

    It is without doubt t that all nuts are highly inflammatory. Nut The nut helps keep the back pain away when considered in your diet.

    5) Thyme:

    Thyme is a pleasantly scented herb. According to research, thyme functions as a natural painkiller because it is rich in pain impairment compounds.

    Thyme also contributes to pain reduction due to its anti-inflammatory agents.
