Asante Kotoko captain Ismail Abdul Ganiyu has asked for his contract to be terminated with immediate effect.

Patrick Asmah, Charles Owusu, Maxwell Agyemang and Samuel Boateng were all left out if the trip to continue their recovering from injuries with caution from the club’s medical team.
Midfielder Justice Blay, Ibrahim Osman together with Richmond Lamptey are also missing from the team due to delay in documents processing.
