Ex Starlets star Samuel Mone-Andoh and his team Prishtina FC have been crowned chamapions of Kosovo super league 2020-2021 season.
The scintillating attacker joined the team from Ghana based academy team , African talents FC at the start of the second round where he has since being consistent and helped his new side win the league tittle which gives them an automatic slot in the UEFA champions league play-off and could see them in the competition itself if chances are taken. In an interview with him on this website, he said
“I am very excited to come this far, the journey hasn’t been easy.

It was a difficult season and by the Grace of the Almighty, has seen us through. Big Congrats to my team mates for giving their all for this lovely family(FC Prishtina) ”
Talking of the Champions league and how well prepared they are, he added
“The Uefa Champions League is a dream of every young talent and we know it’s not going to be easy there but the target is to give our 100 percent all for the club and we believe we will come out with flying colors and thus qualifying from the play-off to the championship itself and we are very optimistic of that”

Mone, the 18-year-old sensation was part of the Ghana black starlets team in 2017 under the supervision of coach Paa Kwesi Fabin who went all the way to the AFCON finals and Quarter finals of the World cup which saw Phil Foden and his country England emerging the eventual winner of the U17 world cup.
