Hearts Of Oak Communications Director Kwame Opare Addo has revealed coach Samuel Boadu is 100% backed by the club amid rumours if being shown the exit door.
The Manager of the Year in 2020/2021 league season has come under immerse pressure after an abysmal season failing to sucessfully defend their league crown.
Hearts Of Oak missed out on top four spot as they finished 6th with 48 points in the just ended league.
Recent reports have indicated that the former Medeama SC gaffer could be sacked by Hearts Of Oak just 2 years into his 3 year contract penned with the Phobians.
Mr Kwame Opare Addo in his latest interview quashed all the rumours circulating from the media and insisted their satisfied with the work of coach Samuel Boadu. He said;
“We could not achieve our target of the season because of one or two reasons but we are working on it to improve.
“The reports speculating that Boadu will be sacked which is not true. He signed a three-year deal with the club and the fact that he did not perform very well this season doesn’t justity him to be sacked.
“ Samuel Boadu has the full support of the management. All is not lost. There is an FA Cup trophy to be played for on Sunday,” He concluded on Asempa FM.
Hearts Of Oak will lockhorns with Bechem United for supremacy as they battle it out in the finals of the 2022 MTN FA Cup.
