Benjamin Afutu is ready to rejoin Accra Hearts Of Oak ahead of the new 2022/2023 Ghana Premier League season.
The midfield dynamo left Hearts Of Oak at the start to season in search of green pastures which ended up unsuccessful.
Benjamin Afutu joined Egyptian side Eastern Company but has now returned to Ghana because of personal issues with the club.
The combative midfielder is now on the market as he looks set to rejoin the Ghana Premier League for the upcoming season.
Daniel Tackie, Benjamin Afutu’s agent has revealed his client is ever for Hearts Of Oak reunion should the Phobians approach him formally for his services.
” Afutu was Eastern Company’s best player last season but the club was very unprofessional.
” They failed to pay Afutu the amount which was agreed in the contract that’s the reason why the player is back to Ghana.
” We will consider joining Hearts Of Oak again if they formally approach my player, we are ready to negotiate with any club who offers us the best deal”. Daniel Tackie said in an interview with Happy FM.
Benjamin Afutu was Hearts Of Oak’s key player in the 2020/2021 league campaign as they won the league title and MTN FA Cup.
