According to reports from the Greek press, Greek Super League side PAOK FC is on the verge of signing Ghana international defender Baba Rahman from English Premier League side Chelsea FC.
Following an uninspiring performance in the EPL top-flights, the former FC Augsburg side defender, who joined the Blues in 2015, struggled to impress at Stamford Bridge due to injuries.
Since he joined Chelsea FC from FC Augsburg in 2015, the former Asante Kotoko left-back has been on loan at Schalke 04, RCD Mallorca and Stade Reims.
Baba has been with the Under-23 side of Chelsea since he was recalled before the start of this season’s league campaign from his loan spell at RCD Mallorca.
The former Asante Kotoko left-back is expected to land in Greece to complete his loan move.
