Ghanaian defender Alexander Djiku has resumed training after suffering an injury in his club’s last french league one league game
Alexander Djiku, picked up the injury during his side’s 2-2 league game against Toulouse last month. The injury came as a disturbing factor to many Ghanaians due to his consistency in the Black stars team.
The central defender per reports has been named in Ghana’s provisional squad for the upcoming 2022 FiFA World Cup in Qatar.
Alexander Djiku was instrumental when Ghana defeated Nigeria to make it to their fourth FIFA World Cup competition.
The Black Stars of Ghana will play Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay in the group Stages of the World Cup which is expected to kick start on November 20, 2022
