Ghanaian Defender Alexander Djiku agent has condemned Hoffenheim after failed transfer
Agent and Brother of Ghanaian Defender Alexander Djiku has blamed Germany outfit TSG Hoffenheim for the failed transfer of Alexander Djiku.
The highly-rated defender had a transfer move to the Germany side broken down at the last minute due to agent commissions.
The Black Stars centre-back completed his medical in the course of last week and was on the verge of sealing a four-year deal to Hoffenheim for a reported 6 million Euros.
The players representatives initially agreed to a 10% of agency fee of the transfer fee but the fee was reduced to 7% by Hoffenheim at the final hour.
The deal was therefore pulled out by Alexander Djiku’s agent despite the player completing all necessary medical checks.
“We had an 100% agreement by Hoffenheim to complete the transfer and my client completed all the medical checks.
“Hoffenheim broke the agreement in the final minutes and we decided it was suitable for both parties to call of the deal”. Jenhis Djiku revealed.
Alexander Djiku has been on the radar of several clubs after a splendid of performances for Strasbourg in the Ligue 1.
